Business First Unlocks The Story Behind Lenihan Sotheby’s International Realty Featured

We’ve received more press this week, this time in the Louisville edition of Business First (Subscription required). Braden Lammers reports on what makes us different from otherLouisville Real Estate firms:

  • We provide our clients a concierge atmosphere
  • All of our Realtors are full-time
  • We began with 10 agents, and currently have 18. The plan is to cap that at 22 agents within the next few years
  • “White-glove” service
  • We make real estate personal – No lock boxes are allowed on our listings, and an agent is always present at every showing of any of our listings
  • Our Realtors have a dress code and are required to follow our marketing standards
  • Our agents are selective about listings, and can only carry 4-5 listings at a time, to maintain our level of service
  • We want the “jewel of the price point” – the best house at the right price point in the best neighborhoods
  • All of our agents share all lead info about clients looking to buy or sell properties
  • In 2013, LSIR represented both buyer and seller in 35% of our transactions

Also worth noting, is that in our three years in business, Lenihan Sotheby’s International Realty has “outpaced real estate trends in Louisville and essentially doubled its annual dollar volume of homes sold from $37 million in 2011 to $74 million in 2012 and $135 million at the close of 2013 with another $17 million pending at year’s-end.”
