With over 9 years of experience representing buyers and sellers across Louisville, Lydia brings a strong understanding of the local market and the city’s unique neighborhoods.

Prior to her role as Director of Operations for Jon Mand and Associates, she served as Listing Coordinator for one of Louisville’s top 10 brokerages, supporting more than 200 agents and overseeing listing operations. She also managed Contract-to-Close coordination for several top-producing agents, guiding transactions from accepted offer to closing with precision and care. Her background in sales and marketing, along with a Communications degree from the University of Louisville, strengthens her ability to provide clear communication and strategic support.

As Director of Operations, Lydia ensures every detail is handled seamlessly from first interaction to closing day, helping deliver a polished and elevated client experience.

When she’s not overseeing the details behind the scenes, Lydia is spending time with her three children. She loves being active — biking, running, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors — and enjoys traveling, gathering with friends, and trying new foods at local restaurants and coffee shops throughout the city.
