The high-end Louisville market remained strong in 2019 with a 7.6% increase in the number of sales above $400,000 and a 26% increase in the number of sales above $1M. This performance compares favorably with the overall market which continued to be constrained by a lack of listing inventory below $400,000 which led to a 1% year-over-year decrease in homes sold, but also a 5.5% increase in the median sale price per square foot.
